If Penalty Shoot Out stops responding on your phone during a round, preserve the visible information before closing the tab. A screenshot may capture the stake, current award or an identifier you will need later. The interrupted picture does not, by itself, tell you how the game recorded the last action.
Work out how far play had reached. Loading trouble before setup needs a different check from an interrupted penalty with an entry in History. Keep the affected tab available while you note the details.
Preserve the interruption details
Note the game title and what you were doing when the screen stopped. Choosing a target, watching its result and pressing Collect are distinct points in the round, so describe the action you attempted without assuming it was accepted. Keep any visible round ID exactly as displayed, along with its date or time. A personal timestamp can help support locate the event, though it is separate from the value supplied in History.
Check for recorded play
When you can open the game again, look in History for a matching entry. The classic rules describe a date, round ID, stake, action and profit, with validation information available in the details. Use the identifier to distinguish the affected sequence from another with the same wager.
Allow for the documented delay in updating History. If the expected result remains missing, give the operator's support the identifying details you retained. Describe an unconfirmed action as an attempt when asking whether it was accepted.
If an entry is present, compare its action and financial fields with the event you were trying to complete. An interrupted animation and a recorded result can coexist. Ask about any discrepancy using the exact identifier, without treating the visible screen before disconnection as the final settlement.
When loading never finishes
A game that stops before you can select a country or start play has a launch problem. Record any error message and check whether the surrounding page has loaded. The point is to establish how far you reached before trying to resume anything.
The classic interface can display Connecting... or Connection lost. Please reload the game. Save the exact message before following its instruction. If the problem persists, include your browser and phone model when contacting support.
If you are unsure whether a wager began before loading stopped, return to the recorded-play check. Creating a fresh round cannot resolve the status of an earlier one. Avoid describing an uncertain start as a confirmed failed launch.
The published mobile format
Evoplay lists the classic game as HTML5 with desktop and mobile support in portrait orientation. You can use its browser interface on a phone, though that specification does not establish a separate native app or a minimum operating-system version.
Before committing a stake, check that you can read the amount and reach the goal targets. Keep the device in the supported portrait format if the surrounding page makes the controls awkward to view. The documented Sidebar opens access to full-screen mode, rules, History and settings.
Controls within one round
Mobile play keeps the classic boundary of one selected stake across up to five shots. Set the amount before starting because you cannot revise it between successful penalties, even when the current winnings have increased.
Select an area of the goal to aim manually, or use Random for target selection. All positions have equal stated chances. A smaller touch screen therefore does not create a documented disadvantage in scoring probability, although you still need to reach the control you intend.
After a goal, Collect takes the current winnings and finishes the sequence. Continuing exposes that award to a miss. Leaving the browser or losing your connection is not the documented collection action.
Keep the right reference
For an unresolved paid-play query, keep a compact account of the event with the completed record, if one appears. Include the last control you used, the exact error message and any difference between the amount displayed before the interruption and the result recorded afterwards. Your own time note can help locate the wager without replacing its round ID.
In the demo, the amounts concern virtual credits. A return to the page does not guarantee restoration of an unfinished sequence. For a paid wager, ask the operator to confirm the recorded status before treating the earlier award as collected.
